Ebony

Ebony has learned about the colonisation of Victoria through self-guided learning and community immersion. She notes her daughter’s education on First Nations history is lacking in school and suggests a public holiday, anti-racism training, and celebrating modern Aboriginal identity to promote understanding and respect. She also calls for acknowledging past and present human rights violations and promoting First Peoples’ history in various public spaces.
