Commissioners were grateful to yarn with Yorta Yorta Elders in Barmah and visit the newly refurbished Yorta Yorta Nation Aboriginal Corporation Building on 14 April 2022. Commissioners also travelled to Dharnya where they yarned with Elders about the site’s significance as a place of learning and cultural connection.
