Summary
The Indigenous Law and Justice Hub (ILJH) brings together legal experts and community leaders to produce rigorous legal research that can be directly applied in Indigenous advocacy and self-governance. This submission was prepared by Jaynaya Dwyer, Cassandra Seery, Dr Eddie Cubillo (Larrakia, Wadjigan and Central Arrente) and Elyse Keyser.
This submission outlines a pathway forward to work towards a tertiary legal education environment in Australia which is equipped to support true justice outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
