The Federation of Victorian Traditional Owner Corporations is the Victorian state-wide body that convenes and advocates for the rights and interests of Traditional Owners while progressing wider social, economic, envionmental, and cultural objectives.

This submission focuses on the experience of Traditional Owners in Victoria and the exercise of their rights to manage and care for land, sea and sky.
