Hear from First Peoples who’ve shared their truth with Yoorrook, descendants of early colonial figures reflecting on their ancestor’s legacies, and Yoorrook’s very own Commissioners.

The story will go back to the beginning of colonisation in Victoria and share unique insights into key moments in time – from early massacres, to the passing of harmful legislation, as well as showing the strength, resistance and achievements of Victoria’s First Peoples.

When we understand the truth of the past, and how this connects with the present, we can help create a better future for everyone.
