The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is the peak Voice for Aboriginal children in Victoria.

This submission looks at: historic and current barriers to economic prosperity; consequences of systemic injustices; ending systemic economic injustice; and building strengths-based economic participation and growing the Aboriginal economy.
